Ingredients (1 serving)
- 30 ml Diva Social Elixir
- 90 ml tomato juice
- 25 ml fennel–celery syrup
- 10 ml cucumber brine (liquid from pickled cucumbers)
- 2 dashes Worcestershire sauce (optional)
- salt & pepper to taste
Fennel–Celery Syrup (approx. 500 ml)
Ingredients:
- 200 g celery stalk (thinly sliced)
- 200 g fennel bulb (thinly sliced)
- 250 g sugar
- 225 ml water
- 20 g citric acid
- 2 g salt
Method:
- Place all ingredients in a saucepan.
- Add sugar, water, citric acid, and salt.
- Simmer over medium heat for 20–30 minutes.
- Strain through a fine sieve or cheesecloth – do not blend.
