Shroom Relax in a larger format is a response to a simple need. We wanted a drink that tastes good, looks good on the table and fits social occasions. At the same time, we didn’t want alcohol, sugar or caffeine.

Shroom Relax is a wellness drink with adaptogens, created with wellbeing and daily balance in mind. We believe that food and drink in the 21st century should support both body and mind – while still being enjoyable and meeting the highest quality standards.
The product was developed and produced in Poland. The ingredients are simple and transparent, and the format versatile enough to work at a meal or any social gathering.
Active ingredients and their role
Every ingredient in Shroom Relax was chosen intentionally and serves a specific purpose.
Lion’s mane is a mushroom-based adaptogen. It’s one of the key functional ingredients in Shroom Relax and part of our philosophy of creating drinks based on adaptogens – ingredients used in products that support daily balance.
L-theanine, sourced from green tea, is a natural compound. In Shroom Relax it comes caffeine-free, chosen specifically for the evening character of the drink and its light, gentle profile.
Vitamin C and zinc are commonly used in functional products as part of everyday support, especially during more demanding periods. Zinc helps support the normal function of the immune system, helps protect cells from oxidative stress and helps maintain healthy skin, hair and nails.
Inulin is a plant-based fibre and prebiotic that complements the formula, in line with our approach to functional, well-designed recipes.
Flavour and character
Aronia juice forms the base. It delivers a dry, slightly tart flavour profile and depth that pairs well with food. Aronia is often used in products with a more complex taste character.
Hop extract brings a gently herbal, slightly bitter note associated with evening drinks. It’s a common ingredient in non-alcoholic beverages with a dry profile.
Natural bergamot flavouring ties the tastes together and adds citrus freshness.
Shroom Relax contains no added sugar. The subtle sweetness comes only from apple juice, used in an amount that balances the flavour without dominating.
The drink is not fermented and contains added carbon dioxide.
