1. How to file a complaint?

Send a message with your complaint to:

In the message give data that will allow us to identify the order: name, e-mail address or mailing address, telephone number, indication of the order number and reason for complaint, date of purchase and occurrence of the defect.

2. Shipping

Prepare a package marked with the number of the order under complaint. Attach the defective goods and documents that will help with identifying the parcel.

3. Return of goods

We hope that once you get to know the taste of Shroom drinks you will never want to part with them again! However, should you not like them, you have 14 days to withdraw from the contract of purchase of the goods. All you have to do is send us an email to hii@shroom4you.com with the following information, e.g. “I withdraw from the purchase of order number (your order number). Send the returned goods to the address:

Attach all accessories and the receipt (invoiced) received with the parcel.
